New restaurants coming!
If there’s one thing we all look forward to being added to our town, it’s new restaurants! Are y’all as ready as we are to get your grub on?
Keep an eye on these up and comers to Temple’s food industry below!
NOW OPEN! (Listed in no particular order)
MOD Pizza is located at 2102 S. 31st, Suite 160 (across from Scott & White). Food lovers know this joint for their pizza on demand. Think Subway meets Pizza! You’ll be presently surprised with their flavors, speed, and additional option of salads.
Mama Fu’s is located next door to MOD Pizza at 2102 S. 31st Street. The Asian restaurant features foods that are common as well as a few items that might not be expected on the menu. The huge wok used for cooking ensures all those delicious flavors are combined for a mouth watering experience.
Rosa’s Cafe is also located across from Scott & White. This restaurant serves delicious food varying from burritos and tacos, to sweet and savory sopapillas. They are now serving breakfast as well from 6:30-10:30 a.m.
Bird Creek Burger Company will serve fresh, local, and healthy options. The food, to include bison and lamb burgers, avocado toast, beignets, and more. They will be located at 6 S. Main St and plans to open October 2nd.
Buffalo Wild Wings has started construction across from Scott & White Hospital (off 31st Street and Scott Boulevard). You can enjoy more than just wings to include burgers and salads. December 4th is when they are planning to open their doors!
FireStreet Pizza is known to locals for their catering and vending truck. They are in the middle of constructing a grand brick and mortar off FM 439 with plenty to please folks of all ages to include hang outs for kids, games for all ages, and of course, their heavenly brick oven pizza. This new addition is scheduled to open this fall.
Grabbagreen plans to open October 1st in the Heritage Center on West Adams (near Starbucks). If you enjoy eating healthy and have been looking for alternatives, this is the restaurant for you! Their foods are preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, non GMO, and fresh!
The Catch is a seafood, Cajun/Creole restaurant that will serve fried and grilled fish and shell fish, as well as oysters, gumbo, and red beans. They will be located off 31st Street. Texas Monthly Magazine lists it as one of the places in Texas you must visit!
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is not just known for their delectable sandwiches, but their vast collection of potbelly stoves. So get cozy, sit back, and enjoy one of their delicious sandwiches, salads, or soups. Location is off of 31st Street.
